i have been to qoute for a hospice and after having a nosey this is what it entails:

there are 18 bathrooms approx 24 m2 of tiling 6*6 whites
in every room there is boxing in to build approx 1mtr high by 1mtr wiide 13inch from wall

9 raised disabled level access shower trays ,9 underfloor trays(the floor will need cutting to install these)

18 levered thermostatic shower controls in chrome

approx 108 sq mtr of viynl safety flooring to fit ,with cove up wall

18 dock packs (fold down safety handles in shower areas)

18 toilet and sinks to replace but in original position so not much plumbing

18 ceilings to paint also doors

18 folding shower doors half height

ive got a price for an electrician to insall new fans and new pull cords

18 rooms to rip out before we start

then a load of skips which ill probably just get when needed as we go,i wreckon 1 big skip per room £89 quid a go
what i want from you guys is a few prices to fit all the above and how you worked it out ,i have a price for the whole job but want to make sure i have it right ,obviously you cant fit it all i will need other trades to help i.e flooring approx £300 notes per room including materials

come on then brains

Whatever figure you get to double it! and don't be surprised if they agree.I hated doing jobs like that, relying on other trades, wiping their arses after them.Give me little detailed jobs L & R any day, easier to get payed and no running around after everyone. PLUS endless walls of cheap 6x6,I'd rather crawl over broken glass, with my flies unzipped!!:whatchutalkingabout

what at £2.99 per box(but ill be charging £7.99 per box) then £22 per mtr to fit ive done a few of these disabled adaptations and theres good money in them .
work a price out for all of the work not for supplying anything whatsoever oh and ill probably do one bathroom at a time as the hospice is occupied

come on give us some prices
