I'd be satisfied if I could work 10% less and net maybe 10% more income by working smarter and being more organized. I'm tired of working so much.

I'm going to decide in the next few days how many Saturdays I'll "allow" for 2011, and use them sparingly when we really need them to get a crucial bit of work done. Other than that, "it can wait for Monday" is going to be my new motto.

I'm thinking about no more than 4-6 Saturdays all year.

Spend my second million, im sure i spent on already somewhere!

My main ambition is to get the kids sorted and get back to work and earn some money :)

Same as here Scott, although I am back at work I want to stop working silly hours, espescially just before we go on holiday. Had a couple of near misses this last year that I don't want to repeat and get stressed about.

I want to run my business better, help my wife with the paperwork (starting TODAY, honest) Going to do the Nett business course (if more peeps sign up) and most of what you other peeps have said above

Good on ya' John!! Hope people do see sense in this like you did, and there will be enough takers to run the course. This forum has how many members?? There should be a queue, a long eager queue....

1) looking at stone restoration / cleaning as I do a lot of stonework, so reading loads and and trying it out...hopefully!

2) working less and earning more - not sure if that is realistic in these times, but gotta aim high!
