Does anyone know if when you do a search on Google,if the results displayed depend upon your geographical location ?

No problems with my search results for google. Page one for most of em.. was just wondering if i type "commercial tilers uk" and get page one, if it will be the same result if someone living elsewhere in UK will return the same result ? Google is complicated.

Results can be geographically driven, but also a lot of other things are involved in the algorithm behind the results and it's starting to include even more like the +1's people are clicking on for your result when it shows, and how many Google Places feedback reviews you have for that website, etc etc.

The main thing as always is inbound links from quality website that already rank for similar and / or related terms.
