What have customers given/treated you too cause they've been so happy with your service, job or character.

I don't mean just cash which would be great but other things, heres some of the things my customers have done for me:

Ordered and payed for a chinese just for me cause I worked late(only 8o'clock)
Cut my hair(mobile hairdresser)
Valeted my van(He was a Valeter)
Gone to ASDA to get bacon & eggs to make me breakfast(they paid for aswell)
Given me eggs from ther chickens
Give me flowers from their garden(For my mum,how sweet)
Looked after my child free for 2 days so I could do their kitchen(Registered childminder)
Free night all drinks and meal for me and my bird payed for(did the pub toilets)
Plenty of times i'm told to keep the spare boxes of tiles for myself for a drink.
I've even had one lady offer to give me enough money to take myself and her daughter out for the night cause her daughter took a shine to me(I declined, she wasn't my type)

I feel its because I always make an effort to get on with my customers,do a good job, charge a fair price and I have a friendly personality they warm to,plus it gets loads of recommendations and repeat work.

I'm not in the league of people like Dave at tiling(YET)but I find that just being courteous gets you a long way!

6 pack of beer last Saturday.........then £50 tip when the job was finished

Pot plants and garden plants......Don't have a clue wot they were.

Old lady insisted on cooking me lunch every day to keep my strenght up she said.

Bloody great lump of marble for a hearth in my place.

Eggs from there chocks.

Bottles of wine from there small vine yard.

And loads of orrible tea and coffee.

anyone been paid behind the door yet?

I bet they're keeping it quiet but out of 1000 members there must be one at least surely?!?!?!

I had an older lady follow me in the van once to get my number to come back some time to 'repair her computer' and I shat myself nearly and grabbed a bag of grout and ran back upstairs where I'd only actually fixed a dozen tiles so far. lol. Left the van doors open and found it really dodgy to ask for tea afterwards.

I'd not recommend fluttering your eyes to get a job.
