Hi all,
Im glad I found this fourm, there seems to be quite a few ppl experienced in the tile trade, so hopefully someone knows the solution.
We have a problem with our kitchen floor tiles from day 1. They are ceramic tiles make/model - Pamesa Silba Black.
After mopping they become "greasy" when dry, with a smudgy residue on them. They look great whilst still wet, but once dried, as above. It is the same when using various brands of kitchen floor cleaner.
I have done a bit of searching around, and correct me if im wrong, but the problem seems to be the factory applied sealant/top coat/wax.
My wife has had enough of them, and wants me to proceed to literally smash them out of the floor and lay new tiles!. So before we do this, I do hope someone has a solution!.
Thanks,
