Greedy builders.

A couple of other builders i work for wouldn't but i always mention to the customer that i have to ask builder first and if it has to go through him this is the only way i will do it. Wouldnt want it to be done to me.

best thing enduro always ask first i do it i know really if the customer wants it doing then it should go for you but most builders would get offended if they werent consulted first

Hows this though for greed!! A sparky I often work alongside had to repair some cables that had been chopped by a builder. He sorted it all out and relayed a few new cables and put the bill in for 600€. He bumped into the owner of the house a few days later to be told he is extortionate how can anybody charge 6000.00€ for 3 days work. The builder had the cheek to charge for their mess up plus adding a 0 onto the bill. OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!

So hopefuly they will realise when i price it for them how much he had charged.

This same builder charged another client 30,000 € for 150m2 of tiling yes 200€ m2, not bad if you can get it.
The builder has gone out of business. I wonder why!!!!!
