hi

got a new bath with new joist and noggin + 2 layers of 22mm marine ply crossing each other but still get cracks and grout falling out

i tried silicon on the vertical gaps and it seems to hold but not on the floor

anyone know if you inject a bit of gripfill into to the big grout gaps wait till dry and the grout over ,will it help ? anyone ?

What grout are you using?
Can you see any movement in the walls and floors?
Any heated pipes behind the areas?

flexible grout jasmin coulor
yes there were setelment small moves on the stud wall and floor (new house )

yes there are some rad pips

If you have movement as you say then you will get cracking grout at least. Any movement joints in the corners of the room ?

How long ago was the tiling done? Do you have any pics that we could see? As sir ramic has said, any movement will cause the grout to crack but most likely the loose grout indicates that the tiles are coming loose. You need to find out why it is cracking before you try to sort out the grout. We are going to need some more info before we can tell you what has gone wrong.
