Grout colour for floors

I wouldn't be offering any discount. It doesn't silence the complaint. If grout solour is all thats wrong, fix it. Have you offered to re-grout? And if so what did they say?

I hav'nt offered anything yet. She has sent me letter and I am considering the options before I reply. I might actually suggest the colourant. If the grout was coloured white and so sealed, would this mean it would also be less prone to staining? It would also be perhaps a less expensive way for both parties, of demonstrating that white grout on floors is not advisable?

Yes I am less in favour of offerring a discount now, focussing more on making things right.

Hi All

Just to complete this thread. My contact was actually a female vicar who was subject of the churchs management committee. The about grout issue was taken to this committee who judged it was not a problem!

Thats good news, it all could have got silly, glad it's sorted.
I have a Mapei grout selection pack thingy in my van, just to show customers, saves alot of hassles!!
