Grout lines too bright after grouting, how to fix this?

Also you’ve used number 1 which is white and if it’s epoxy you’ve got no chance of scraping it out as epoxy is hard stuff when it goes off. Sorry too be the bearer of bad news but you’ve chosen the wrong colour should of gone for a 3-4 on that chart.
