Grout or Not ?

If it was real split face then no to grout IMO, but in your situation I feel the fact that these are purpose made split face effect then I feel they would look better grouted. Just my take on it!

I would grout with as close a colour as possible.

The effect on those particular tiles is not an open joint as split faced stone would be, so grout.

Grout, looking at pictures, I'd go with TM grout 3000 limestone

Definitely grout. I fixed some similar, ceramics in a bathroom and I used a grout that was the most predominant colour in the tile and once done you could hardly see the joints.
