Grout very grainy.

BAL & Mapei are definitely smooth grouts. I mostly use BAL microban. Sandy grouts are for floors. Some grouts are for walls & floors. I never use these as the grout is too heavy (due to the sand). Most of it ends up on the floor (when I'm grouting a wall).

Saun Sorry put sandy but really mean grainy, especially on mosaic work.

Fine flex is for walls and floors, and I haven't used smoother.

Try b&q grout + adhesive, if you press the tile in hard enough you don't even need to grout!!!!

I use Mapei UCP for colours and BAL Microflex for white. I find both nice and smooth and both leave a good finish.

Have you tried the micromax2 yet ?

topps is getting micromax 2 in on thursday ,and gonna be £4 a bag a bag more expensive(5 kg) Local manager says its much more advanced than the original.
