grouting into corners

Hi everyone. I have tiled my new shower room and am about to grout using Bal microflex powdered grout. I read on this site that I should use Silicon in the corners for expansion purposes. I never thought about this, and after checking, I see that two of my corner tiles are within one millimeter of eeach otherin one of the corners. Should I replace these tiles to be safe? Also, if I am to use Silicon, do I grout the wall first or Silicon the corners first?

hi mate grout your walls leaving the gap for Silicon once its dried

Thaks for that. What about where my two tiles are almost toutching/ do you think they should be replaced ? I thought the Bal Microflex would act as an expansion joint.

as long as there is a gap of 2mm then it should be fine

What makes you think that..?

It dries hard and doesn't compress under lateral stress like Silicon does...
