Hardibacker and addy

Hi guys got a job tomorrow two small floors I'm using Hardibacker 6mm for floor, new to them I've downloaded the info sheet but it's a little unclear IMO, when you bed it into addy do you then screw it down whilst the addy is workable or wait untill its set. cheers

quickie while on hardie subject: is it ok to use 6mm hardie glued and screwed to 9mm wbp for a tiled bath panel?

I don't see why not as long as its fixed as you say doug.. but can you not just use 12mm hardi though..?

could Dave, but got an awkward sized floor to do, so was gonna over order on the 6mm and do both, plus the TP in Kendal don't sock 12mm:20:
