why are you wanting to fit hardi backer to . sound plaster skimmed plaster board?
is it a weight issue what size tiles are you wanting to fix,and what material are they , as you would be adding weight with the hardi backer to the wall, the above got in there before me slow typing

Customer wants it, tried to talk them into a membrane waterproofing but they insist that this goes up.
