Been taking the fitness thing a bit mad the last few weeks, so tmro night im going out for a curry & a beer. :8:
Last Monday i ran 5 miles, Tues 5 miles, Wed Kickboxing, Thurs 7 mile time trial with the running club, Friday 3.5 miles, Sat 7 miles, sun 45 mile on bike, Mon 7 miles, tues 5 miles, wed kickboxing, and tonight 5.4 miles with the running club...Now my legs ache!! :lol:
