White Room

I arrived at this job this morning, the cracks were small but enough of them to worry me.I discussed the ditra again with the customer, she put me onto the UFH company who had never even heard of ditra !!! Or a decoupler! No help there but I educated him rightly. My customer contacted schluter who said ditra had a U value of 7.So this concerned her, I contacted my supplier who logged my concerns if this did go belly up.I left the customer with the options - ditra and no cracks, guaranteed. No ditra and very possible cracks which I take no responsibility for !So..... Ditra I got, 35m2 and stuck it down.Happy ending for me.The conservatory has glass roof and windows.

Thats quite a concern..
