Hello people,just want to introduce myself to the forum as I will proberly be asking a lot of questions in the next few months. Firstly Im new to tiling and got into it through doing a few jobs with my plumbing friend,while he was plumbing I was doing the tiling well learning too lol. Then going back to my old boring job working at Tesco I decided to start my own business tiling but firstly I needed to do a course as I didnt know much? I went to a place called Diamond tiling which is based in the south and did a 4 week course there,it was by far the best thing I've ever done,I've learnt everything I need to know and the confidence to start on my own,the teaching was the best I've ever come accross,my teacher was a guy called sam and he taught me so much,he was like a friend always there when I needed him,without sam I wouldnt know as much as I do. Ive done a few jobs for my family and friends bathrooms and kitchens just to practice in the real world which went well for me. I will be starting up in April 2009 on my own and cant wait until my adventure begins. I mean my own boss,alot more money and a job I'll really enjoy. I know its hard to make it on your own but if you dont try I will end up regreting it. Thanks for reading this and I will let everyone know how I get on thats if I dont post a problem before hand lol.
