hi been reading the forum for a few weeks since doing my course at north east tiling (thanks to darren and tracy again). course was great (unless your in central scotland and thinking of doing his course then its rubbish lol). no was great like this forum - he gives business as well as tiling advice, which starting is great. its a scary thing to do ,but have found all the advice on adhesives and peoples likes and dislikes handy. was planning on using pcl but cant find it here - made me feel stupid in shop. never heard of it was the reply, but bal and palace seems a safe product to use. thanks, mick.

hi have to tell you i think its worth it, it cost me around £100 for digs for the week and darrens course is aimed setting up on your own ,his advice is from over 20 years and teaching at all levels, like he says it s the selling side of self employed that most new starts arnt used to and thats what gets you the work mick
