Help needed

Hi,

I have just been to price a job and come across a hurdle!

The job is a bathroom in a bungalow...which has rising damp coming through floor.

The customer has been recommended ECS epoxy floor covering. I have never heard or used this before.
Has anyone else?

What would you do in the event of this happening? All advice will be greatly received:mad2:!

heard of it not used it but meant to be very good, the prob is the floor needs to be sound dry and clean , now obviously its not dry , may need to get a dehumidifier to get rid of damp , plus key the floor as well before applying, might be worth waiting for some warmer weather if we get any imo
