Help Please - Trying to find a tile

Hi All, Does anyone recognise this tile. Desperately need a box. It's 198 mm square if that helps...

For what it's worth, there should be a whole range of 198mm bevelled edge white tiles. Most manufacturers did one. Though that wont make it any easier trying to find it.

Nichols and Clarke did/do one, cant remember what it was called though! They got branches nationwide
