help required with stairs

Hi I have never tiled stairs before.

MY question is really about what ady to use?

the tiles are poreclain slate effect. and the stairs r outside .

I was thinking of using BAL flexy rapid set with a flexy grout would this be a good choice ?
If not what do u guys recommend also any tips on tiling stairs:ninja:
