Help Solve Pricing Issues - What can you charge for this...?

£335, including any materials. Coventry Area here.... you would then phone up the local pole and get it done for 99p an hour all inclusive.

NE London currently £490 incl materials. Although I've been I'm too cheap by a developer and should be charging £675! And I've heard from a friend she was charged that and she bought the tiles, grout, adhesive! AND HE WAS A POLE! 😕

Who's supplying the tiles ? If I were suppling them at full cost less my discount I would probably go in a bit cheaper on the labour costs, to try and make sure I got the job, if not, £350 - £400.

Stockton on Tees, N.East 😀

£395 including materials. Northwest. Would not let the customer know how much for materials otherwise they would know your day rate.

Just another point even the same area quotes can be vastley different. For example friends rang me from north wales to ask if £400 plus materials was fair for their 12m floor. Said it was steep. Guy also guesstimated the area to 15m and did not measure. Next guy quoted £300 plus materials which included trimming doors and removing toilet. Properly measured up. Needless to say he got the job and it was ok too.
Goes to show how prices vary not only regionally.

£375 inc materials.

South west.

But wot about those jobs that you know you can quote a few bob more for........and get
