T Tile life - Nov 8, 2022 #2 Hi. If the detergent was acidic. ( limewash remover) or whatever it was they used. Then the quarry tiles wouldnt do that. Are you sure those are not cement encaustic tiles? If they are you have bleached discoloured pigment. There are a few solutions if this is the case.
