Help with sealed travertine and silcone sealant

Hi I've sealed my travertine tiles with HG natural stone & marble impregnator and when I attempted to silcone seal my bath joint the sealant didnt take/adhere ?? any advice please?

Exactly. Good luck finding a tile shop that stocks a neutral curing Silicon though.. Screw fix do a no nonsense neutral curing Silicon, which I've just used.. Not the nicest Silicon to use, but it did the job, and was dirt cheap! Only time will tell if it's actually any good though...

RECOMMENDATIONS
• Do not use Mapesil AC for exterior joints in exteriors between ceramic tiles and light- coloured natural stone because dirt could accumulate by the joints. Use Mapesil LM.
• For sealing surfaces sensitive to acids such as lime stone, use a neutral Silicon sealant (e.g. Mapesil LM).
