Hi there my name is Lee and I am currently in the first year of a 2 year diploma course in tiling which I am really enjoying, I would like to find a tiler in the Northampton area to gain some on site experience.

It's going well though im still on the basic patterns and the practical sessions seem to fly past each week so am looking for that on site experience. How is the second year going? Are you doing the Diploma or NVQ?

Diploma in birmingham bud second year involves a lot of screeding and rendering but really enjoying it. Look up THE BIBLE in the search at the top of the site its worth saving to help you on your way theres loads of good info on there and the tilers on here are a great help dont be afraid to ask questions

:welcome: I'am in year 38, just been assessed for my NVQ 2 in Tiling and the plasterer who completed the assessment reckons I'am doing OK:lol:
Stick at it and get plenty of experience and you too can become a grumpy old tiler.
