Hi All,
My names Stuart and am currently doing the 6 week professional tiling course with Diamond Training in Bogner Regis. I have done some tiling before but want to work full time as a professional wall and floor tiler so invested in some training to improve my skills.
After completing the course I want to register as being self employed and work in the domestic market for a couple of years while I complete my NVQ and get used to working as a tiler. Has anyone got any good advice for someone who is starting out in the industry, advertising, which tools to buy etc. Been looking at the tilers starting kit on trade tiler, any good?? The two cutters I was thinking of buying was the RUBI-TS 50 PLUS (manul cutter) and the RUBI ND180 BASIC LINE (wet cutter) would anyone recommend these items.
