Hello and welcome to the forum. Impossible to say without seeing the stone, do you want a heart shaped hole in the stone or pieces of stone in the shape of a heart?

It would also depend on what finish you wanted, just rough cut would take mins but if you want them ground and smoothed , this would take a lot longer. You will defiantly need the right tools and it would not be worth buying these for this, you would be better to get somebody else to do it for you.
