A bath stands at roughly 0.5 mtr high and standing on that is not high enough to reach the extra 2.5 mtr.....you will need a safe working patform to reach that height....Also depends on how tall you are..:grin:........I,m over 6ft so reaching off my work platform is no probs ...( 600mm)....As long as you are working safely then you will be ok.......


Now, Now.... Even if he is short... He might have VERY LONG ARMS! :hurray:

I have done it by putting an 18mm thick ply on the bath and then a beer crate on top of it (and one on the floor.... to reach the bath...) :thumbsup:

I am 6'3, so am thinking of just getting a slightly taller platform than the one I have or the ply idea.

Was wondering whether it is cheaper to hire a short arse to stand on my shoulders, but guess 18mm ply is cheaper!:lol:
