May I, through this post, say thank you to HobUK for their very fast replacement of the guard for my out of warranty Norton Clipper tt200em. All for no charge. They wouldn't even let me pay the postage. I am still getting over the shock. And no, I don't own shares or have any other connection with them other than being a very happy customer.
