How long to take out a shower tray/screen and old thermo shower control , install new tray and shower cold tails for surface mount..

Then chase in pipes into wall for sink , rather than surface mounted and then move cold feed for bog 8 inches to the left .. timber floor..?

Full on gas engineer as well , private plumber ,, no council jobby... took all day to remove tray and bog/sink , then carry downstairs into skip ???

1 day tops! We normally allow a week for a strip out and re fit, if i got a plumber and he was there longer than a day he would be getting his marching orders

Well he turned up today after his 9pm finish last night... at 8:20am and got finished his first fix at 2pm... ahhhh FFS wot the flip was he doing ..all he had to do was cap hot and cold for sink and cap radiator pipes and then patch in floor boards..

so can start tiling tomorrow instead of weds gone..

Has he given an excuse or anything!?! From what you've said, i'd estimate a day, unless there was some unexpected problem.. And i'm no plumber! But even then, 3 days!?!?! lol

He is around 40 odd yrs old and he telephoned me last night at 7:15pm to say he was running behind , i said you are taking the pi$$ , he said i need 4 more hrs tomorrow .. i told him he was creating probs for jobs running on from this and he said see you tomorrow and said bye.. i flipped..

no way will i work with this to$$er again.. no way hosay!!.. nothing short of knocking him out would satisfy me

Started tiling today .. ... back Monday as got a floor tomorrow...

Got to finish early Monday as Van has been recalled for a bolt issue on the brake pipe.. so new plastic ceiling is going in whilst i get that done , then i will finish off Tuesday . then onto another bathroom and so on and on and on .. it never ends..
