I am putting up some 600x300 porcelain tiles on the wall, just occurred to me; should i just do a couple of courses at a time and allow to set (like when bricklaying) rather than trying to do it all (floor to ceiling) in one hit. Am using Mapei Stone/Porcelain quick set (bag of powder) cement based adhesive.

I've already done the (tiled) skirtings so have a decent base to work off.
