Screw the stupid cow,tell her the number and address of Trading Standards and say you'll do her a full detailed quotation to send to them.You've got nothing to hide,your price was a bit cheaper than mine.Don't beg for the work mate.
I wouldn't level the floor for £200,tell her thats about the price of the materials and tell her to go to somewhere like Topps to check it out.

Don't even be the slightest minute bit worried about her talking about trading standards because as you have only given her a quote and shes not had the job done, trading standards would only say "well whats your problem then" don't use him if you don't want to pay that amount.

Trading standards will never do a thing over someone thinking you are over priced on a quote, even after the work was done, as long as the price still reflected the initial quote there is nothing anyone can do about it.

They entered an agreement\contract, you upheld your end and they paid, end of story.

Don't even give her the time of day with another phone call, they simply ain't worth your breath.
