How much?

A little game for a Wednesday. My next door neighbour who I'm quite good mates with has asked me to price up 9m2 of the old B&Q 600x600 black porcs, I told him £250 for addy, grout, wax remover, sealer, lifting the old marley tiles and fitting. Not super cheap but, reasonable I thought. He text me earlier today to say that the bloke who fitted the kitchen had incuded all of the above in his price for fitting the kitchen, so, no job for me. This chap was there Mon - Fri last week and Sat morning fitting the kitchen and I reckon its a further couple of days doing the floor. So my question is, how much do you think this guy has quoted them for fitting the kitchen and floor including all materials for tiling? I'll post the answer in an hour and see who's closest!

Well I did warn my neighbour about the usual stuff, flex addy/grout, transit wax, sealer etc. But I'm not sure any of it will be taken on board.

Acually I didnt read that the price was for the kitchen to, i thought just the tiling. So i would have no idea, depends on the size of the kitchen and what units they chose.

i'd probably guess around the same (1200 mark) if it was me i'd be charging about 7 to 800 but there again i'm too cheap. part of my plan this year is to get my rates up

Kitchen is from B&Q, about 8 base units, 8 eye level and a laminate worktop, nothing out out of the ordinary. Only 2 mitres on the work top, hole for sink and hole for hob.
