Nice one Neale. That way you can make it to suit your tools, not the other way around.

All that racking at the back of my van was about £40, some 3x2 and some loft chipboard. Best thing about doing it yourself is you can tailor it to your tools, the pre-made racking always seems to have shelves that are too small for tilers tools.

I just went for the small shelves on top of the wheel arch. I have bought 4 new Fatmax tool boxes for the expensive tools that i want off over night. The shelves just used for the light stuff.
 
Racking out the van is the way forward. Makes thing so much easier.
You know where everything is, it's easy to get at and you not fighting trying to get at tools at the bottom of the piles, and no rattles!!!!!!:incazzato:
My mates a cabinet maker so as i tiled his shower room, he drove off to his unit and racked the van out, great swap!!
 
Got to keep mine cleaned out, ginja ninja says so :lol:

Doug what about the front then, with my Jack russell everything now worse in the front than the back after she has been with for the last 2 days!!
