How to Care For & Maintain Natural Products
Initial Cleaning

GROUT FILM REMOVER

• A cleaner for removing building site dirt, installation residues and
any type of limescale

• Cleans without damaging the floor surface

HOW IT’S USED
1. Dilute Residue Remover (Neutral) 1:5-1:30 depending on the level of
deposits to be removed
2. Spread the solution over the floor with a rag and leave to act for a few minutes
3. Use a floor scrubbing brush or a single-disc professional polisher.
Vacuum or wipe up residue
4. Rinse with water

1. Install floor / fix walls as per requirements
2. Wipe off any excess dirt and adhesive etc
3. Prior to grouting (Pre-sealing necessary) apply a continuous coat of
the product with a brush/roller
4. Leave for 2 hours or until dry
5. Grout as per required effect
6. Clean with Residue Remover (Neutral)
7. When dry apply a second coat of the product
8. Wait at least 4 hours before walking over the floor

• It’s a colour enhancer for most types of unpolished natural stone including

HOW IT’S USED
1. After checking the wall/floor is clean, brush/roller/sponge on a continuous
coat of Colour Intensifier
2. Wait 12 hours then apply a second coat if required
3. On particularly absorbent stone, a third coat may be required to give a better effect

Routine Maintenance
FOR ALL GROUTING WHAT IT’S FOR
• For cleaning grout joints in tiled walls and floors

• Specific detergent for cleaning the grouts in ceramic tile walls and floors
• May be used on grouting for surfaces made from marble, tumbled marble
or agglomerates, provided they are not protected or treated with wax

1. Apply the product directly onto the grout
2. Leave for a few seconds
3. Scrub with an abrasive sponge or floor scrubbing brush

• A routine cleaner for all types of tiles, as well as marble and granite floors

• Cleans without damaging the surface
• No need to rinse if used highly diluted (1:200)
• Can be used with a floor cleaning machine
HOW IT’S USED
Weekly use:
1. Dilute a 25 ml of the product in 5 litres of water
2. Mop floor or clean surface as necessary (no need to rinse)
Special Applications
On very dirty surfaces or for in-depth cleaning, dilute 500 ml of the product in
5 litres of water. Wipe up the dirt and rinse

1. Apply the product to the grout using the spout in the cap
2. Spread the product evenly with a small brush
3. Leave to dry for a few hours
4. The surface is ready to use
