Ha trust me I understand the work, but at this moment in time money is scarce am doing every little helps lads.

But as TJ has said above, any damaged tiles and you'll lose any potential money you're making. Especially if you can't get the tiles any more and end up replacing them all!
Suggest a grout refreshing product such as Fuga Fresca.
