How to trim

Afternoon all,

Im tiling an external corner where, one wall will be completely tiled and the other wall only half tiled.
Does anyone know how to best approach this trims wise?
The problem being that using the usual method means there's a lip of the trim in the unfilled/tiled area.
Hope this makes sense.

Tile half your full height wall and stop, move onto the half height wall inserting trim up the verticle corner and one across the top, then carry on up your full height wall with the trim stepped back...no other way than to have a step back in trim, looks fine though, square edge trim best bet..
