How would you go about this?

Are you sure the water is not just hitting the door, running down the face of it and getting in the seal on the frame? What type of door is it? UPVC? Wood? and what type of frame? pictures would be good:thumbsup:
 
No, the door is recessed, the reason it gets in is because the path slopes to the door, this isnt really the issue and the customer isnt to bothered as its only small amounts but its just something else im going to fix when I redo it, the reason for chisling up the concrete is because the surface is level with the door so adding tiles will raise the height too much.
