Sorry Phil, a dressing down does no harm from time to time. It may not be in your nature, but if he does it again, I'd have a word...then kick a bucket at him...that normally works in my experience.

That would of rattled me big time. If it was me I would of wrapped uis knuckles with my bucket trowel to give him something else to rub his fingers over!
