Mid March confirmed but all the builders I work for are really busy so plenty of work in the pipeline that will follow that

If all goes to plan, which would be a first, then booked to near end of Feb. Then two weeks off.

Like i mentioned ive got sub contract work up until june, that will take up 3-4 days a week giving me the time to build up my own tiling work. Its not bad money either, day rate not meterage but the main thing for me is its just tiling and thats the way its going to stay. I've had a few calls over the Christmas period from people wanting tiling work done in the next few months so I'll see what that brings..

One final thing, apparently according to a source, tiling and carpentry are the biggest growth areas in construction due to the up turn in the interior design work so its a good time to be a wall and floor beautician ;0)

@Aston i normally get the surge first week in Jan but i too have had a few calls this week regarding quotes , some wanting it done quick and and a couple others will wait , so it seems a good sign imho..

busy start to the year , in negotiation stage for a nice job at the end of February which will be a very challenging technically if we get it .

First time buyer housing market booming over here at the minute, I've 6-7 sites with enough work up till the end of March

Bit of a patchy start for me this year, which is first time since 2010.
But, there is a few bits and pieces about, I just got to tie them together.
However, some great work potentially on the horizon, and not too far away either!
