ELECTRIC UFH it is a 200w/m2 by 3.0m2 = 600w total ,how hot should we turn it -up to ? as we are slowly commissioning it and we are up-to 30 degrees at the moment and it seems nice,but how far do we go???

Keep going mate until it peaks. You'll probably not get a chance again to see what it can really get up to. Though bring it back down slowly over a week or so too.

As Dan says, up to maximum for testing. 40 deg C depending upon thermostat installed. You will not need that as a working temp- 20 -24 deg C for most people.
