I pad2

Does any1 have an i pad2 are they as good as they say, thinking about getting 1 for face time and the internet, when im working away from home, not sure if i should just get a new laptop or ipad2.

As a bit of a mac freak my answer may be a bit biased, but I think they are fantastic. Had mine a couple of months now and I really can't fault it.....

Do u use face time on it, my wife has iphone 4 so shes trying to talk me into ipad also hows the signal on the internet do you have a micro sim

I only have the wifi model but, my iPhone 4 is jail broken so I can tether it. You can only use face time with a wifi connection and I have to say, I think it's great. You can also use Skype video calling, which is good too.

So if i get a micro sim ill be abel to use skype even if im not in a wifi zone, im not very clued up on computers lol

I got one for my backing tracks primarily but i think it is the nuts. Easy to use. Fast. The only thing i am struggling to get used to is touch pad typing. Got some cool apps. It does not support flash but there are any number of apps to download to sort this out. I use skyfire. Lovely bit of kit. Only thing i am a bit peed off about is that i can get it to play bbci player.

Go and get one is my advice. Awesome piece of kit.Great for music, videos etc..Also just bought a connector that links up to hd tv so you can watch the movies you have on iTunes on your tv at home.
