If vertified tile and Padouk wood using together

Hi all,
Me a new member here,basically me an electrical engineer and looking for a quick solution... me using virtified full body white color tiles for my home and in between some area I am using wooden steps(Padouk Wood) and I feel that the wood stain (while cleaning or humidity)can be damage my floor tiles,so please tell me what is the best solution?? insert some stainles steel strip between tile and wood or some coating on wood pls explain?

yes they are steps from living room to Dining area there are 2.5 meter lengthy steps,wooden steps then Tile and stair case also wooden.

if your using a glazed tile no it wont stain the tile but your grout will be a prob recomend sealing timber or epoxy grout if you intend on using a light color grout as normal grout will stain hope this helps some victrafied tiles will stain:8:
the stainless steel angle you mentioned does give a nice finish more profesional
