Impey Aqua Dec ?

Hi all. Do you have to use the Impey tilesafe membrane with the Impey Aqua dec or can you use others (Dural etc) that are stuck with SPF ?

you can use other membranes, I would recommend a light sbr/spf slurry coat before tanking. can you use another former ?

Hi, was going to use a Wedi, but trying to keep the floor height down. With it being 40mm, by the time i've taken the floor out, would need 20mm boards as well . Only really wanted to put 10mm max down on rest of floor as customer not after too big an increase in height. Other option is Marmox, but never used before or some thing else thats 30mm max.

another alternative is the AKW Tuffform tray - only 20mm thick and can go directly on the floor joists
