My Aunt used to make the best Coffee Cake in the world (when I was younger everything tasted better) - I wonder if that has had an affect on my coffee tastes!

Definitely.... mine is more apple than pastry really and includes spelt and ground almonds, so yes that's 10 a day! :lol: and yours is filled with apple so it's a yes, there, too!!

filled is an understatement G. it was piled high with apple. thankfully it sank a bit as the apple softened :drool5:
