i do insurance mandate work for tops tiles (not done any for a while now) the customer takes the mandate to tops or other approved store, store send you to measure up and to check, £**** may seem allot but tops charge the customer up to £** sqm to lay i have had them the actual price being twice the mandate price so the customer has got to challenge the price on the mandate most of the time they get the full amount. once the job is complete tops pay u within 30 days usually 14 ,you don't get £** approx 1/2 that depending what it is
