Evening All - Need some advice regarding a quote for work under an insurance claim. It's related to water damage from a 0.75m x 1.175m x 2.280m shower cubicle. Pic's can be seen under "Dot n' dab disaster" in gereral forum. This is my first quote of this kind so any help would be very much appreciated. Using 12 mm wediboard & mats prices will be quoted at retail. Below is what I am considering including in my quote:
1: Removal of shower unit, comprising door, side panel & tray £150.00
inc. inspection & repair of wooden sub-frame
2: Removal of 6.5 m2 tiles and associated substrate £220.00
3: Removal & making good of 0.50m2 damaged pipe boxing £ 55.00
4: Instalation of new substrate inc. waterproof barrier £372.50
5: Supply & Fit 7.0 m2 tiles £385.00
6: Materials inc. adhesive, grout & silicon £117.50
7: Re-fitting of shower unit inc. new waste trap £150.00
8: Environmental disposal of all waste & debris £ 85.00
