Got 30m of 1200x1200 rectified porcelanosa 11mm porcelain to lay on 6 month old sanded anhydrite with ufh. Am I right with my method to simply use 2 coats primer, anhyfix adhesive, genesis Gls levellers. Expansion strip where is crosses 2 ufh zones. Am I missing anything except an able labourer to help lift them? Fitted plenty of 1200x600/400/300 before but not 1200 square. Cutting is no problem

Thanks Ajax123 for confirming. Local merchants confused me suggesting the new bal flexbone floating floor system was the way to go, it seemed unnecessary when the screeds been drying for 6 month
Flexbone is one way to go but it's not cheap. your spec sounds fine. I dont know that many merchants that really have much in depth knowlegde

I would take a moisture reading just in case. I've seen a screed still over 75% a year after it was put down. I would also take a photo of the reading just so you have evidence. Im not saying it will go wrong but I've got a few fixers who do this as a precaution in case something does go wrong and they can show the floor was ready to accept tiling.
