had a meeting with the guy and the builder today brave ain't i nice guy but i think he knew he was out of his depth that was at 10 this morning haven't heard nothing since

If only these guys realised they were out of their depth, before attempting a tiling job. Stick to what you are good at imho Hope it gets resolved, for the customers sake.

Thanks pjc for coming round and speaking to the builder. From what I know the builder will be working on some of the stuff you mentioned to him. Will keep you updated.
