Got something in Jan but the plumber now tells me he's not back until the 8th for a bathroom refit....ffs.

Hanging around for others all the bloody time

I've had this most of last couple months and it's really boiled my pee

first job back is a kitchen dinning room and hall floor abut 45m2 600/300 then the rest of the plot bathroom and two en-suites for the rest of the week. The site is ten minutes from my house so that's a bonus

I'd hate to see fuel prices go up with that distance

Got the choice of a wet room, bathroom or cleaning and re sealing some pebble floors I did a few years back. Bet you can guess which one won't be first!

bought a house 8 years ago and the tenant's are moving out. so going to fit new bathroom & kitchen, heating system
